Today, Mason is programming Christian hit music station, “The Faith” on 104.7, HD2. Mason's trademark brand of community oriented, fun-loving radio has been a blueprint for many radio stations around the country. Mason has been involved in the community for as long as he has been in the Bay area. Some of his charitable contributions include the Alzheimer's Association, the American
Cancer Society, Metropolitan Ministries, and his own Christmas Wish. Through the Christmas Wish program, Mason and Q105 collaborate with Tampa Bay area businesses to make sure thousands of less fortunate families enjoy a happy holiday. The incredible contributions and vast number of letters asking for help reflect the impact that Mason has, and will continue to have in the Tampa Bay community. Mason is married and has two daughters and many pets – three dogs, one cat, and six granddogs. In his spare time, he enjoys working on old cars, playing guitar, boating, and spending time with his family.
