Q105 teamed up with Lifestyle Family Fitness for an ongoing contest where listeners were sent via liners, promotional spots and paid Live endorsements done by mid day personality Marvelous Marvin to a page on the web site to get information on how they could be selected as one of our contestants in the “Change your LIFESTYLE “ at Lifestyle Family Fitness promotion.
Six contestants were weighed in and before pictures taken. Contestants were chosen by not only weight goals, but a short paragraph they wrote explaining why this opportunity meant so much to them. Contestants would call in with progress reports, which were used in Marvin’s LIVE endorsement spots and on the web! All six contestants were so happy with their results…the winner lost 25 lbs and won a cruise for two and a year membership!LIFESTYLE loved it so much that on Dec. 15th (the day of our final weigh in) they executed an in-house promotion calling it the “Tampa Bay’s LIFESTYLE Challenge”.

Every month a different Broadway show is featured on the site with dinner for two at Carrabba’s.
The Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center features this promotion and includes the wrbq.fm link on the e-newsletter that they send out monthly to their members! Q105 drives their listeners to the site to register to win and includes the promotion in bi-monthly emails to their data base.
Both clients are extremely happy with the success and feed back that they are receiving that they have extended the promotion for the 08/09 Season at TBPAC!
